Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone, email, or social platforms. Escalate any unresolved complaints to the concerned authority. Maintain follow-ups to ensure a positive post-sales experience Build and maintain relationships with existing customers. Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized service. Act as the first point of contact for customer feedback and suggestions. Follow up with new customer leads and convert them into loyal customers. Maintain lead trackers and update CRM systems regularly. Track customer interactions and follow-ups through CRM tools. Identify inactive customers and plan re-engagement strategies.
