Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in engaging over phone calls. Basic understanding of financial or investment services (preferred but not mandatory). Target-driven and self-motivated attitude. Good command in English
Introduce company services and gather basic client information. Identify interested prospects and hand over warm leads to Relationship Managers. Maintain a daily tracker of calls made, leads generated, and follow-ups.
