- Job Role : * Maintain and manage all financial records, ledgers and reporting systems
* Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll and bank reconciliations
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
* Monitor budgets, forecast financial trends and control expenses
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
* Coordinate with auditors and prepare for audits
* Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
* Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations
